Is there a report out there you can download or in RMS that you can check to see transactions where it involved a discount. We audit sales data for our stores daily and it would be nice to have the option to quickly check who is giving out discounts and how much. We suspect some abuse in one of our locations.

If you require a Reason Code for a discount, run Detailed Sales report and add a filter for Discount Reason Code
You may wish to add columns for Cashier and Transaction too and save it as a memorized report.

Attached is a quick and dirty Discount Report I made for someone else here on the board.
In addition to the Reason Codes, check out the "Price Source" column on the detailed sales report - you'll have to use Show/Hide columns to make it visible. I believe that there is also a discount column that is calculated from "Regular Price" - "Sold Price", but that may have been a customization I did.
