We simply took a look at the features Kosmos offered (according to their Website) and compared them with the features Nitrosell offered (according to your own Website). We would be more than happy to adjust our comparisons if you could tell us what is inaccurate.

Your statement about support is not a correct. If you choose to not host with Kosmos, we HIGHLY suggest having a maintenance and support plan for the software and any customization. We're currently requiring support for the first year and it's included in our pricing. After a year when you're familiar with the software integration you can choose to drop support & maintenance entirely.
