Does anyone know how the headquarters caculates on-hand when updating from a store? It can't be simply adding/subtracting to on-hand, it must be going through a series of calculations using multiple factors. I have a store that seems to be out of sync and nothing I do seems to fix it, I even tried to rebuild the store database from scratch in case things were out of sync. If I adjust an item from 0 to 1 at the store (it was 0 at the headquarters also), it changed the headquarters on-hand to 2. That is just one example of how I am getting strange results to my on-hand. So back to my question, what all is it including when it does the on-hand update from a store?
I would really appreciate help you can give me on this, I am at a lost.
