I need to be able to put a comment on a Payment slip. Here are the problems I'm running into:
- There is a place to put a comment on the Payment receipt template, however it never allows you to type in a comment throughout the payment process.
- I saw that there is a receipt template available that will allow you to enter in check information (check #, bank account, address, phone # etc) upon tendering the sale. However, I don't need all of this info (just need the check #) and it is not a "payment" template, it is just a regular "sales" template. Plus, it is 40 column, and I need the full page.
I thought that this would be an "easy" problem to solve, but I'm getting nowhere fast. I tried editing a template to fit my needs, but have no XML knowledge and was just confused. Any suggestions?
