Hi Topi What kind of phone shop, what sort of business do you do there - do you repair phones? Do you sell landline, cellular, etc. Are you an agent for a cellular service provider? What kind of things to do you want RMS to do for you at your shop?
We use RMS in a cellular retail store, we are an agent for a regional cellular service provider, and we have made some customizations to RMS in order for it to work the way we want it to for our situation. The program is very customizable and can modified to handle many different retail situations.
