To create the PO I can use the Gateway.CreatePurchaseOrder(...) , but to create the detail of the PO I'm not sure what to use. Any ideas? code example?

Do you have those components for sale?
I wrote delphi components to create PurchaseOrder..
I think that You must to write into PurchaseOrderEntry with the correct sql statement, writing into PurchaseOrderID field the return-value of Gateway.CreatePurchaseOrder
