I need to "open" a "closed" purchase order because the employee commited the order without recieving the items. If anyone can please help it would be greatly appriciated!!

in Manager : file | configuration | Options | Purchase order options | Allow edit of closed Purchase orders [x]
open closed PO and edit (you may have to add an item to enable editing capabilities, then remove that item when done)
thats why you add an item to the closed po. it "unlocks" the comitted items. you can also receive them in negative quantities and start over.
after you add the item to the closed po, click OK to save it. it will then appear in the partial PO's, then receive it backwards with negative quantites. then you can start over.
