Purchase order with cost & retail price

I am looking for a purchase order or transfer in report that will show BOTH the cost of the item & the current selling price. It would also be great to have the gross margin included in the report. This would be a great tool to make sure you have the correct retail on an item or to make signs for items that the price has changed, since RMS has no other reporting system when prices change.

Jay,

Find one attached. Copy it into your \Program Files\Microsoft Retail...\Reports folder and then find it in SO Manager | Reports | Custom | Receiving Worksheet with Retail Pricing

That works great, Thank You. Would you happen to have one that would work for Inventory Transfers?

Jay,

Try this one. I _think_ I made all of the changes needed. Called Transfer Receiving worksheet...

Let me know if its missing something.

Is there a report that can be run for receiving that will show the same information for a closed PO (by date)? Thanks, Butch

Jeff or Jay, could you re-post this attachment?

For some reason the newsgroup viewer skips from posts on 2/23/06 to 3/8/06 (and this one, of course, is right in between).....

Thanks, in the meantime, I'll look on Customer Source again to see if there's anything there with this same info, but I couldn't find it earlier.

Wendy, I created a really nice PO using crystal reports. It contains item qty, item cost, item retail and gm%. It can be used for Purchase Orders, Trans In/Out. If you want the set-up for it, let me know.

Jay,

Actually, that would be great! Thanks! I recently swapped out my laptop with a new one and haven't loaded Crystal Reports back on it. From what I've read in the past, I can't use Crystal Version 9, which my old laptop had, but I also have Crystal 8.5 I could load. Will that work? Somewhere along the line I thought I might only be able to use Crystal 7 (which I don't have). If I can't use it with

8.5, don't bother for now, but if I can, please pass along the step by step and I'll give it a shot!

Thanks!

P.S. Thanks Jeff, for reattaching this report!

Jeff,

This looks great! Thanks! Is there a way to change the filter for supplier? Currently if you want to filter on a particular Supplier, only the Supplier ID shows up in the filter field, not the Supplier Name. I don't mind making the fix if you walk me through it :-)

Thanks! Wendy
