Is there a report that will show what items are on order by Supplier? Ideally, I would like to see a report that shows: Item Lookup Code | Description | Qty Sold | On Hand | On Order| Date Sold | Cost | Sold Price | Total Sales | Profit | Margin | Transaction
I can get a report with all of the above except On Order.

If you go to customer source there is a report you can down load that will provide the following; Report - Detailed Sales with Quantity On Order This report displays detailed sales with item quantities on order.
Unfortatly this only reports on items that have sold during the given date range. If you are looking for one that repoorts on on order first and then sales if any it would have to be writen in crystal. This report though also shows negative on orders for some items, which makes no sense to me.

Where does this report come from? Does Microsoft write this? It makes no sense to me. Some items show up as negative and some items show incorrect values for the on order amount. What is the point?
