Help with Database structure

I would really appreciate if someone can point me to what tables should I use if I need the following information:

Matrix: This shows the Matrix number (the prefix element of the SKU) Price: This shows the price of the items the last time they were ordered SKU: This shows the items SKU. Desc.: This includes a short description of the item Dept.: The store department the item belongs in Vendor: The name of the vendor from whom the item was purchased Last Order: The date the item was last ordered Start: The number of items ?On Hand? (see below) before the most recent ordered was received QTY Ordered: The quantity of items most recently ordered QTY Rec?d: The quantity of items from the most recent order that were actually recieved QTY Sold: The quantity of items sold after the most recent order was received End: (?Start? plus ?QTY Rec?d?) minus QTY Sold On Hand: The number of items actually counted in inventory # of Turns: The number of times an item has been ordered Repl. Cost: The cost to replace the item Sell Price: The typical retail price of the item Vend Cd: The code the vendor uses to identify the item Vend Itm: Any additional information required for the vendor to identify the item

Thanks Akber! Your answers helped me verify what I was doing. I was on the right track. One more question: If I want to develop a Crystal Report, what type of connection I should be using? ODBC or OLE DB?
