Why does the OH request of "equal to or greater" than "0" only show the quantities that are greater than zero on reports?? Also if asking for sales of "0" or greater, I only get the "greater" figures.
Report info.

On the Detailed sales report, using the filter, put in "eq/greater than 0" on the "on hand" and "unit sold", and the only thing that shows is the item with sales, not the on hand for those items that sold, or the ones that did not sell. It seems basic to have the OH & Units sold for a period in order to make buys for a vendor. Any help would be appreciated.
which report are you referring to?
The detailed SALES report is drawing it's data primarily from the Transaction and TransactionEntry tables, which hold, you guessed it, SALES data. Any items that have never sold do not appear in those tables and so will not make it into the detailed sales report.
Have you tried the Item Quantity or Item Value reports? I don't know if they have exactly the columns you need, but they will be able to draw data from all items.
If you haven't already checked, you may also want to visit the Reports Library on Customer Source - there are quite a few additional reports that MS has made available.
