Is there a way to convert a work order to a purchase order in RMS?

I have a client who would like to convert a work order to a special order. Also, how does he track the date, know the status, etc? He also needs to be able to identify additional items such as: shipping, pickup, delivery, etc. Also, is there a report that shows the status so they can keep the customer updated? Andrea
