Delete all line items, F12, save changes or pick up entire order.

RMS will ask you how much of any deposit you intend to keep. By 'keep' RMS means 'Customer forfeits deposit'. If you want to turn the deposit into credit on account or something, you have to refund the deposit to, say, 'cash' then select the customer and make a payment on account of the same amount & tneder type.

The 'cancelled order deposit to credit on account' issue is one MS needs to address.
