Canceling WORK ORDER ?

With the new PCI changes with 1.3, you must swipe or hand enter the credit card number.

Jeff, what I meant to ask is "how" do you actually get to cancel a work order and then refund money? What keys do you press?

I tried a Ctrl-F4 for Refund as well as F11 for Recall and Void -- but none of these affect a WORK ORDER.

F11 | Recall a WO | Delete ILC's of the items from the WO | F12 | Pickup the entire WO | Amount to keep = $0 | Select the credit card and swipe/enter the card number.

Same process with Layaways and Backorders too.
