try to recall it and change the item quantities to 0 and tender | save changes
Hi Root.
That would work if I didn't accept partial payment ("deposit"). But, what if I did receive a deposit?

Vargas,
A slightly easier way than what root said, just delete the ILC's, F12 Tender | Pick up entire WO | It will ask if you wish to keep the deposit, change to
0 if you're giving it back | F12 | give the change.I came across this option before with a special order that was deleted by mistake, and was worried about security issues. Actually, there were several very dynamic features of the RMS that I found somewhat worrisome. For any absent ownership with high volume of cash sales, you might want to test all security features. There should be reasons and proof for cancel/refund, etc.....
I'm so busy trying to get other important things to work at the moment.

Kay,
You can require a reason code for most POS things, SO Manager | File Configurations | Options tab | Reason Codes.
You can also disallow a cashier from deleting line items, sales, doing no sales, etc. in the Cashier settings.
You can customize the screen by using the security feature in the POS screen and locking or unlocking the buttons at the bottom.
Thanks, I'll keep in mind to try to play with the POS screen option.
I still th> You can customize the screen by using the security feature in the POS screen
You can limit or disable access to virtually any control in either POS or SO Manager based on Cashier Security Level using the Security System built into RMS.
See my reply to the thread "Running RMS1.2 on Windows 2003 Terminal Server" for the basics of using security.
