Went I have a work order and I call that work order later on from another computer or from the same computer the system froze and I lost the transaction. I have to re-start the computer and I have to enter the work order again. Is this a problem with the software? I have the version 1.3 refresh 1 and I have the fix. This situation happen one or two times per day. Do you have any suggestions?
