Conert PO to a work order

we recieve orders from our customes for items I have set up in a matrix IE work shoes matrix 505 will have several widths and sizes. My order is for 100 pairs in many different sizes and widths of style 505 in a PO I can choose the matrix "505" and it opens a screen allowing me to enter all the sizes and widths for that style easily. I then have to enter as a work order to convert to a sales transaction in work order mode I have to enter each size separately taking a very long time. I only use the PO screen cause of the ease of entry so i can email to my supplier, if I have the same ease of entry in work order mode I wouldn't need to use the PO entry at all. I hope this explains better

the only reason we want to convert PO to WO is we sell work shoes and I have them set up as a matrix by style because of the many sizes and widths. When we recieve an order from a industrial customer for say 100 pairs in PO mode we can enter the matrix number and a screen pops up where we can enter all the different size and widths on one screen. in workorder mode we have to enter each size individually taking a long time. If work orders had the same data entry as the PO mode we could eliminate the PO need. My goal is to get the PO information to a sales transaction quickly and accurately. We have a utility that will allow you to put your order on Matrix so you can select multiple Matrix without moving in and out and having to order 1 item at a time. So you can have your workorder created for specific customers. Then Allocation manager will tell you for whom the items are purchased.
