Is it Possible to generate Po using min/max re-order and not add the items already in transist on a previous Po? I need to generate from min levels only not the difference between Min. and what's on-order, to max level .

Clean up the PurchaseOrderEntry table - get rid of the entries you don't want in transit (note that it will also remove them from the prvious POs)

I understand I can manually remove all unwanted items, but i would like to create a new PO that will reconize the Items that I already have on order and not add them to my New auto re-order, is this possible?
Proink, I believe the RMS factors in what you have open on purchase orders. You can test it - generate a PO for a specific vendor, then try to generate another PO for that vendor and you should see that nothing is generated the second time.
Kris, That that is my problem, my system is not factoring in open PO's is there a setting for this or what am I doing wrong?
