How can i run a items /inventory report for specific supplier Showing all items carried by that supplier. Currently when i run this report it only shows item for which the specific supplier is designated as primary. I would like this report to show items for a specific supplier even if that supplier is not primary. Helps when I place orders from different suppliers and would like to check items stock Thanks Robert

Is it is difficult to add this logic to a standard report in RMS since this will likely cause the items to list multiple times. While it is possible, but you would have to create a special view within the report query.
As an alternate solution we offer a utility called Power Ops with our RMS Toolkit that allows you to select a supplier from a dropdown list. This will list all items from that supplier regardless of primary or alternate status. You can then tag selected items and add them to a PO or create a new PO. Once tagged you can view restocking level information to determine quantity to order or set this by min/max levels. Depending on your supplier's business system, Power Ops also has the ability to check stock at your supplier warehouses before you place an order.
