Inventory "Items Sold" Report

Nov 21, 2005 3 Replies

I need a report on items sold for a specific Customer. So, I went to Inventory and picked "Inventory Stock Status by Item". I am using QB2004 Premier.

When I produced the report I got a column "Sales/Week". This will give me the quantity sold per week. This I do not understand. I specified This Fiscal Year-to-Date" And I am getting this weared "Sales/Week" Column Heading.

And since I want to get none-zero items only I could not filter on this Column for non-zero I did not see Sales/Week column in the Filters Tab of Modify Report!!!!!

In other words, I am lost with this report. Can any one help me out.

You will have better luck using the sales reports.

Thank you Allen,

I did and I got want I wanted. Your response makes sence....Customer-Items ...Go to Customer But just for clarification What this Sales/Week Column means ??? Do I need Enterprise Version to Customize this Report???

My 2 cents

Average sales per week: To calculate this amount, QuickBooks normally divides the quantity of sales for the period covered by the report by the number of weeks in that period. However, f you filter this report by date and choose All from the list of date filters, the first and last transaction dates for each inventory item will represent the date range for the calculation for sales by week.
