Need inventory report with total sales

I am using RMS 1.2 and need an inventory report that shows all items with SOH and total sales qty per item (selectable by date). If there were no sales the sales qty should be zero.

I would like to use this report to download my initial inventory as of

I checked the MS KB but did not find any reports that I could use use as a base.
