Report of Items Supplied (by Supplier)

I'd like to get a Report of Items Supplied (with Description, ILC, Part Number, Cost) BY SUPPLIER so that I can send each supplier "their section" and get them to fill in price updates.

The "Items Supplied" tab on the Supplier Properties window didn't have any export or print capability, and I couldn't see a report in RMS that would allow me to do that. Is there one? If not, how else can I get that info?

One thing you are going to want to watch here is Cost. Cost represents your system cost (not Supplier Cost). So if you are using weighted average to bring in products from multiple suppliers with different costs, then this number would be an inaccurate representation of Supplier Cost as listed on the item card. Or, if you are setting cost not based on POs pulling from the Primary Supplier record, this would alos be off.

Additionally, the reports mentioned are found both in SO and HQ under different listings.

SO is Reports> Items> Quantity List HQ is Reports> Items> Master Quantity List (assuming your Suppliers are centralized in HQ)

Lastly, the reports generated both in HQ and SO report against only the Primary Supplier.
