Need an inventory report

Hi, I upload my inventory to my website every night. I need an item report that has just 3 columns - Item Name, Part Number, Inventory. My problem is I cannot find how to make the 3rd column - Inventory (or On Hand) display only what's available.



In other words, in RMS Manager Reports>Items I can generate actual inventory, but I want available inventory. My salesmen have work orders with items on them that should not be available, but the report shows actual on hand. I want it to show On Hand minus the inventory on work orders.

Find it attached.

Copy it into your \Program Files\Microsoft Retail...\Store Op...s\Reports folder and then if Manager is open, close it and re-open, then you will find it in the Memorized section called Inventory List for George

AWESOME! It works beautifully. Now, if I could bother you for one more thing. Can I use notepad to rename the column headers? If they could read Name, PartNumber, Inventory I wouldn't have to rename them manually every day.

Please explain how you are uploading to your website? is this for ecommerce?

What ecommerce package are you using.
