Using MasterPackQuantity in Purchase Order Print Outs

I want to be able to customize my Purchase Order print outs whereby for each item I would have the following headings:

-Reorder Number

-Carton Quantity (ie. Quantity Ordered / MasterPackQuantity)

-Pack Quantity (ie. MasterPackQuantity)

-Quantity Ordered

-Description

-Unit Price

-Total Cost

For example:

An item I have has an MPQ of 12, a Restock Point of 5 and Restock Level of
