I have set my store custom captions for customers in my SO database in teh past, and they found their way into my HQ database. I cant remember how i did it, can someone remind me how, as ive changed them in Store and want HQ to reflect the changes.

Customer captions are added to HQ via SO. So, here are some questions:
- Do all stores have the same captions?
- Are the store captions secured so the stores can not change them at will? Basically - Do you, at the HQ level, have a set definition of what you want for captions as well as having these captions implemented and secured at the store level?

I want all stores to have the same captions, as they are global customers these captions relate to, and they all need to be consistant.
I gathered they are added to HQ via SO, as there isnt anywhere in HQ that i can see to alter them.
Store security can prevent them from changing them at other stores, basically i just want to know how to get them to HQ/ Other stores.

Hi Philip - I see you are using an alias these days.
Last questions here -
1) Do you have access to the existing stores where you will add the captions and secure (either in person or via remote)? It is easier if you have this for your work that you will have to do. 2) For new store builds going forward - are you using a template?They are definitely added from the SO side to HQ. The reason why I ask about your access to connect to the stores somehow is that it will be 100% easier and more effective for you to manually put the security in place and verify the captions are correct. They should not be able to change at the store for your HQ environment that you are supporting.
