Looking for an expert in QuickBooksPro and who knows how RMS and QB integrate. Need help with the initial setup and likely for end-of-year reporting.

I don't think that the integration works correctly with canadian QB.

Jim is right but you can export an IIF file from RMS into a Canadian Version of QB. Try

I have RMS 2.0 with QB 2008 canadian version working successfully with the direct integration all running on the same XP box. I was surprised it functioned since intuit & MSFT do not make claims it works in canada.
