Yes, you can use Entry.Item.Cost for cost then you would have to calculate the margin using cost and price sold.

You need to add Entry.Item.Cost to a column on the receipt. I thought I included it in my past post but I guess I didn't.

You will need to customize the TransactionDetails section of the receipt you use. You can either make a copy and design the receipt specifically for Quotes or you can locate the part of the TransactionDetails that is specific to Quotes and add the extra information you need. You may want to add another column or change an existing column. If you do not have any experience in programming you may want to get your reseller or another reseller to customize the Quote receipt for you. However it is definitely possible to do what you want.
