Microsoft will host a Live Chat for Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System (RMS) partners and customers on Thursday, January 8, 2008, at 10 a.m. Pacific Time. The topic of this chat is Customer Orders (back orders, work orders, quotes, and layaways), but questions about other RMS feature will be answered as time allows.
