Hello, Can you limit the amount a cashier use for a discount. The cashiers are putting in the sku number for the discount amount. Can I restruct the discount by percentage or $ limit

Can you restrict that the discount is given only OFF The Regular price item and not the current item price - since we have customers on different pricing schemes i.e.: priceA versus being on regular price.
