At this time, it is Microsoft practice to publish only the questions to and answers from the Microsoft experts who participate in the chat. In the transcript of the expert chat, our editor places followup questions adjacent to the original questions, arranges questions into subject-matter groups, and makes some minor editorial changes for readability. The only content that is removed from the expert chat are those questions that do not apply to Microsoft Dynamics RMS.
