Todd, how do I get 2009, I have RMS and no one seems to know where I, the consumer can get it. MS says they dont know when it will be avalible for download & my partner tells me MS has not given them the ok. Bad customer service on ms part,almost wish I had gone with the other pos as I just bought this last month.

It would have been nice to have received a little more advance notice about this chat. I don't check this board every single day, and there was no mention of this on the Dynamics POS website.
Is there someplace I can go to see a calendar of upcoming technical chats, so I don't miss one in the future?
