RR Promotion Bundle

Can anybody give me any feed back in regards to Retail Realms Promotion bundle (positive or negative)? I already noticed that you can not run a buy 1 get 2nd 50% off for a supplier (you can run this for an entire department or category), unless I'm overlooking something. So far I've also not been able to display discounts per appropriate line item (in a buy 1 get 2nd 50% off promotion it will only show one discount if a customer buys 4 of these items).

If anybody is using other add ons to accomplish promotions like this please let me know.

I have recently used the RR promotion package.

I must admit that it takes a while to get your head round the settings, However once you have tried a few then its ok. RR have just released version 5 which is much better than V4. For setup/install and also for filtering selection. You will probably find your problem is solved if you use V5. If Not, try asking them. RR has added a "package" type promo (for one of my customers) to the Buy X for Y.

RR has been the best option out of the few I have looked at plus they are willing to act upon customer feedback.

I've seen the RR module, but am now using Davidson Richards

Hi

I would agree with Philip. I have yet to find a type of promotion that the RMSynergy module from Davisdon Richards cannot handle. It also will give the formula for the promotion in easy to read English for the less technical of us
