Sales report problems

Make sure that if you are changing the filter specifications, i.e. changing to a specific month, that you highlight the predefined filter at the bottom, make your changes to the dates at the top, and then click the change button. It sounds like you are making the changes at the top but not applying them to the filter before you try to generate the report.

I believe you are a Bicycle Bundle user. On your RMS server select Manager, Utilities, Crystal Reports, DRS Sales Summary Report, Generate. This report will default to last month and give you dept and category sales along with percents and margins. If you would like a different date range, click on the Criteria tab and select Date Closed, Between, and enter the start/stop dates before Generate. The results will look similar to the DRS EOD Report but include aggregate sales for the entire month with dollars by dept/category, margins, %'s, etc. Example:
