RMS IS NOT APPLYING SALES TAX TO MY QUOTES,WORK ORDERS,SALES...I AM GOING TO THROW THIS THING OFF A ROOF TOP...HELP!!!!!!!!

On the customers, is the sales tax exempt checked?

On the items in the database do you have a tax level selected and defined?
