Is there a way that RMS would be capable of selling the same item in different units of measure? The application is a garden center where we sell pavers, some people want to by one or two, some people want 25 sq ft and others want 2 pallets. I am wondering what the easiest way to be able to accommodate this is.

We are relesaing as part of Store and HQ Misc Utility the UOM feature to do what you are asking. Contact me and I will send you a beta early next week to test.

Steve,
I am not sure if this idea is doable but.... You probably are buying your items by pallets. If you know how many pavers and how many sq ft you have on one pallet then you can set up three items: pavers per pallet pavers per sq ft - would have an item "pavers per pallet" as a parent pavers per pieces - would have an item "pavers per sq ft" as a parent.
In this scenerio you would order (for purchasing ) only pavers per pallet. Sales of pavers per sq ft would draw items from pavers per pallets and sales of pavers per pieces would draw items from pavers per sq ft.
Let me know if it makes sense.
