Should PostTender hook fire when you call Transaction.Post using QSRules session object?

Well, I may be mistaken, but I believe that all Hook Events are raised by the RMS Frontend, so No it shouldn't...

PostTender fires when the Tender screen is closing (as in "After the Tender"), not upon a Post to the database...
