I am going to appear for the MB5-199-Retail Management SYstem Store Operation Certification.Can anyone OR Specially MVPs suggest me what topics should i cover up for Store Operation Certification.There are many sites who are selling test papers/books but they are charging too much.If anyone of u has gone through the Certification so please assit me the way.
It's been almost 3 years since I took the exam. Honestly, I don't remember much about it. I prepared by doing a couple installs of the sample database, playing around with the program a little and reading pretty much the entire on-line help. Store Ops is really no big deal - HQ is the tough one.
In the states, all of the exam prep stuff is available through the distributors (Scan Source, Tech Data and Blue Star). No idea who distributes RMS in Pakistan, but that is probably the best place to start.
