Dear Microsoft, This problem is reported to ealier many times but no action been taken not sure what is going on:
- Our user start selling the goods to customer and when it is final step to tender the transaction he press F12 key, the system goes off automatically due to some light off(remeber the user key was at tender screen during this incident)
- Now user turn the system again on and started verifying his trasnaction and he found that in Sales Detailed report this trasnaction is appering but not coming in Z , X, ZZ and Sales Journal view.
Now I have no tender but I have transaction with incosistent stage what we do next. I have applied all the patches using v. 1.2 RMS
