In California, food stamps and welfare checks have been replaced by an electronic benefit card, called an EBT card. None of the tender types in RMS provide the characteristics we need: the no-sales-tax property of food stamps but with cash back allowed. We would like an additional tender type for EBT cards, or a facility for defining a new tender type.
