Here's my problem (in Texas). There are three tax buckets, so to speak.
- Taxable - normal stuff, like grocery bags, pots, and pans.
- Taxable-Foodstampable - Normal people pay tax, but EBT people don't. Things like Sprite, Chips, etc.
- Non-taxable Grocery - regular food (apples, meat, seafood). No one pays tax.
How would you set up the taxes in RMS so that an EBT customer would pay tax on grocery bags but not on Sprite?
*** Also *** when you press F12 to tender, how do you tender just the FS portion to EBT and the rest to cash/check/cc?
