It is posible show the License field when the Tender is On Account?

What License field are you talking about? Is it a user defined customer field or the dongle license number?

You should be able to program a hook that would capture the Drivers License and set the value to one of the QSRules Session Variables (1 thru 10) then add it to your receipt. You would probably use the TenderEnd hook to accomplish this.
