The best ERP software for RMS?

I've been researching this a little and am stumped.

Quickbooks works great with SO, but sux with HQ. Great Plains works great with HQ, but only at the G/L level, right?

The most important thing for me is that I get POs created in RMS sync'd up with "head quarters." that is, the A/P clerk in his cubicle, needs to be able to pay the bills for three different stores without traveling outside the box, literally.

I suppose one way is to get QB for each store and a QB-HQ??? Does that exist? Ideally, someone would have written a way to import POs from HQ to Quickbooks so that I can implement this without paying too much for Great Plains or Dynamix.

How much is Dynamix and Great Plains anyway?

********** QB does not work with HQ, never has. **********

********* Your closed POs will travel over to GP from HQ so your A/P clerk can pay bills. *********

No

********* The assumption is that if you have multiple stores then your accounting needs are more sophisticated that what QB can provide. This is generally the case. To have someone code your GP/QB solution would cost as much or more than GP, and not give you the best solution anyway. *********
********* At a minimum you are looking at about $5000 for basic GP functionality. *********
