How can i use the fireevent SHOWJOURNALVIEWER in a Vb program. I should run tis event in a vb program.

You can't use fire events from a COM based add-in. You can call them from Custom POS Buttons (Type is Internal Command) or from an HTML Addin running in the browser built into RMS.
