I need to add a column in the Item Price List report for profit margin. However, I am using VAT for taxation, so I need to figure out how to get Price-Tax to calculate it correctly.
Has anyone found a report that does this or modified a report to show margins correctly when on a VAT system? It seems pretty deficient to not have a Profit Margin column in the standard Item Price List report, and there is no clear way to add the column because tax amount is not stored in the Item table.
