I have noticed some discrepancies between my store inventory and my headquarters inventory. In order to bring the two inventories back in sync, I am trying to run worksheet 501: Request a full Item count. However, the worksheet keeps timing out. The worksheet will download, appear to be processing the worksheet for about 20 minutes, then return the error message:
Error -2147217871: Timeout Expired UPDATE [ItemDynamic] WITH (TABLOCKX) SET [ItemDynamic].[SnapShotQuantity] = #UpdateRsToTable.[SnapShotQuantity], [ItemDynamic].[SnapShotQuantityCommitted] #UpdateRsToTable.[SnapShotQuantityCommitted] The rest of the error message runs off the edge of the error dialog. All databases (Headquarters and Store Operations) have been reindexed. We have about 50,000 items. I initially thought that the volume of data might be choking it, but I did not see a way to do a partial item count when setting up the worksheet.
