Snapshot Date for Request for Full Item Count

Running RMS Dynamics with HQ and 4 stores. Did Request a Full Item Count for all stores (501 Worksheet). Then did a Quantity Discrepancy List. The Snapshot dates for 3 of the stores all changed to the date and time of the Full Item Count Request. The 4th store had only about

15% of all 2000 items change the snapshot date. Tried again just designating the "bad" store for 501. It also completed without errors, but the snapshot data still did not change for about 85% of the items. Any ideas? Is there an easy way to force the contents of HQ database for a store to that store?
