Adnan.

Here's a quick and dirty attempt attached. Copy it into the \Program Files\Microsoft Retail...\Store Ops\Reports folder.

Look for it in the Memorized section on your Reports menu choice. Its named "Item Qty list for Adnan"

You must be using Outlook Express or some other type of newsgroup reader to see and download the file attachment. If you are not using a reader, follow the link below to setup Outlook Express. Click on "Open with newsreader" under the M$ Retail Management System on the right.

Does anybody have a solution to this question. Tried the link to new west technologies, but no such file for PO exists. Also tried a search on this site but got no where.

I need to keep a weekly value of my stock holding from my next stock take and thought that having the retail price on the purchase order would allow me to keep my figures up to date.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Kols,

If you know how to amend PO format use this value PurchaseOrder.Entry.ItemPrice

If not send me email (arthur snipped-for-privacy@michaelguiney.com) and I send you the file.

Regards, Arthur
