Is there a way to put a new column in the receiving PO that displays the retail price? It gets old having to double click on the ILC to check prices every time the costs change. Craig

I found it was easier to create a PO report using crystal reports, than to wait for MS to build a report that is useful. The Crystal report shows UPC code, description, qty rcvd, cost per unit, total cost, retail and gross margin. The report will work on Purchase orders, transfers in & out.

Hi Craig, we have an advanced PO Module that handles your situation. Our PO grid shows the retail price, the gross margin percentage, reorder point, restock level and many other useful fields. You can sort the grid by GM% so that items priced too low or too high stand out. You can change the retail price, reorder number, MPQ, reorder point, restock level, etc. right there on the same window.

thanks for the reply I agree rms should have way to change price while receiving PO. I guess they want us to buy add-on.
