You could configure the receipt format to print 1 copy, then use the "re-print" button when you need multiple copies. If you need 0 copies, then toggle the printer off (Ctrl-F9) while you run the report, then re-enable it (Ctrl-F9 again) afterwards.

Dave J,

Not by default it doesn't. Maybe you have it setup to print twice.

SO Manager | Database | Registers | Register list | are the Printer 1 and Printer 2 both checked?

Select the register and go to Printer 1 tab | note the receipt format | click on the Printer 2 tab | Same receipt format?

If not, you can turn off the x-z from printing one of them by going to the Receipt format properties and deleting one of the templates.

SO Manager | Database | Register | Receipt formats | select the format you don't want to print the x-z | last line Report, delete the entry

Otherwise, use Jason's suggestion about turning off the printer with a Ctrl+F9

You must be using Outlook Express or some other type of newsgroup reader to see and download the file attachment. If you are not using a reader, follow the link below to setup Outlook Express. Click on "Open with newsreader" under the MS Retail Management System on the right.
