Based on 2080 hours worked per year, how many minutes and seconds should be accrued per hour worked? The limits are

40 sick hours accumulated per year per employee, no carry over. The vacation hours can accumulate to 40, 80, and 120 hours, depending on length of service. Carry over or end of year payment for vacation time unused is at the discretion of the employer.
